Spa Party Policies
We are delighted to host your special occasion at our spa! Whether you're celebrating a birthday, bridal shower, or simply enjoying a day of relaxation with friends, we strive to provide an unforgettable experience. Please review our policy for Spa Party:
- Group Size & Deposit:
- For groups of 3-5 people, a $100 deposit is required.
- For groups of 6-10 people, a $200 deposit is required.
- For groups of more than 10 people, a $300 deposit is required.
This deposit secures your reservation and will be applied toward the total cost of your party.
- Reservations: Spa parties should be booked at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for larger groups. A non-refundable deposit, as outlined above, is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Spa Services for Party Guests: Due to limited space, we only accept spa party bookings with customers receiving spa services. This ensures a comfortable and relaxing experience for all guests.
- Customized Packages: We offer a variety of tailored spa packages to suit your group’s preferences. Please speak with our event coordinator to create a personalized experience for your event.
- Complimentary Refreshments: We provide complimentary drinks and snacks for your spa party. If you would like to bring your own drinks or additional food, please let us know in advance, and we will be happy to set up a table and décor to suit your needs.
- Payment: Final payment is due on the day of the event. We accept all major credit cards and cash. Gratuity is appreciated and can be added at checkout.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- We require 48-hour notice for any cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
- If someone in your party is unable to make it on time, please call us at least 24 hours in advance so we can make the best accommodation possible.
- If anyone in your party arrives more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule their service to accommodate the rest of the group.
- Arrival & Check-In: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for check-in and to ensure the party runs smoothly.
- Spa Party Etiquette: To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we ask that you refrain from bringing loud music or disruptive items. We are happy to accommodate your needs if you want specific themes or decor.
- Personal Items: We recommend leaving valuables at home, as the spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
